STOP BAD DEVELOPMENT
IN MYSTIC!
PROTECT OUR COMMUNITY FROM BAD DEALS & BAD DEVELOPERS
For years, Mystic residents have fought reckless projects that threaten our town’s character, history, and quality of life.

I’m Robert Boris, and I’ve always stood with our community to demand responsible, transparent, and community-first development. Mystic deserves better.
The Mystic Oral School: A Cautionary Tale
  • The State terminated its agreement with Respler Homes LLC in 2022 due to serious concerns.

  • The developer had a criminal history, including a bribery conviction.

  • The massive project threatened our town’s identity and quality of life.

  • Community action stopped it! Your voice made the difference.

We stopped the Mystic Oral School disaster—but the fight for smart, community-first development continues.

“Robert Boris has always stood firm against irresponsible development at the Mystic Oral School. He has never wavered in his commitment to protecting local zoning control, ensuring that our community—not outside interests—shapes Groton’s future. His leadership is exactly what we need to preserve our town’s character and quality of life.”

- Scott Westervelt, Mystic Oral School Advocates

"The fight isn’t over. We must stay vigilant. As your advocate, I will continue to fight for responsible growth that protects Mystic’s future."
- Robert Boris, Candidate for State Representative
